MFRF Hoop Shoot

Shoot Some Hoops.  Win awards and prizes.  What more could you ask for?

You tell me.  The Mathew Forbes Romer Foundation (MFRF) is holding a Free Throw Contest during West Boca Basketball's Semi-Final Playoff Weekend.

Eagles Landing Middle School, Boca Raton, FL
Saturday, May 9, 2009, 2:00pm - 4:00pm
$10 donation to participate.

Please include participants name, age & gender in the comment field of the registration form.

Contest Rules:
- All entrants will shoot 20 free throws to try and win trophies and other prizes. 
- Age groupings:  Boys - 10 yrs old & under, 11-15 yrs old;  Girls - 10 yrs old & under, 11-15 yrs old (prizes awarded per age group)
- Basketballs will be provided.
- All kids 10 yrs old & under will have the option to shoot from a shorter line than the standard one.

This Event is being run by Jeffrey Romer and is his Bar Mitzvah Project to be able to increase awareness and education for these types of diseases that affected his brother, Mathew, and fellow West Boca Basketball player Danny Goldstein.  Danny Goldstein is the Honorary Chairman for this event.
